Christopher King

Remastering engineer, producer, and author. Born in 1971 in Virginia, United States, where he lived until 2021 before moving to Greece. He specializes in pre-war rural American music (with an emphasis on Cajun) and various Eastern European, Balkan and Mediterranean music. He studied philosophy at Radford University and Virginia Tech and has edited, compiled, and published numerous music anthologies, mainly of pre-war music. He started label 735419 in 1999 and won a Grammy in 2002 for his work as a music producer (and has been nominated six times in total).
