German musician and film maker. Also known as C.C. Sander / CC.Sander / CCSANDER.
He was born in Hildesheim, studied art from 1974 to 1981 at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste, Berlin.
He was one of the founding members of Die Gelbs (1979-1982) before shifting his focus on documentary film-making mainly for the Sender Freies Berlin.
