Sound/Visual/Conceptual Artist who has been making electronic experimental music since 1990.

Ortmann continues to work with his longtime collaborative noise project Panicsville as well as running the label Nihilist.
Also hosts the WFMU Podcast "The Eternal Now" focusing on Experimental, Electronic, Industrial, Psychedelic & Electronic genres.
