Jim Welton

London based musician, radio artist and producer who came out of the punk squat scene. Had an ultra prolific period in the early 80’s releasing lo-fi tape experiments, cut-ups / sound collage, post-punk on his label It's War Boys under multiple aliases. Resurfaced in the late 90’s and currently works with experimental radio art, circuit bending and sample based collage. Was the subject of 2003 film documentary by Luke Fowler & Kosten Koper.
