Jack Barron (3)

UK based writer, editor and director. Between 1982 until 1996, Jack Barron wrote for Sounds (1982-86, for whom he was also a photographer), Zigzag, NME (1986-91), the Guardian and Volume as well as other publications. From 1998-99 he wrote features and reviews for Melody Maker. He still works as a freelance journalist.

Other than writing pieces for music magazines, Jack has worked as a TV Director and editor making various television documentaries and children's programmes which have been broadcast on Channel 4, Channel 5, ITV and Discovery.
