Bio

Venezuelan-American Latin and jazz percussionist, born 24 August 1967 in Parroquia San Agustín, Caracas.
Son of Luis Quintero (4) hence the nickname "Luisito".
Father of Anderson Quintero.

Appears commonly as Luis Quintero. Worked with famous celebrities as Marc Anthony, Tito Puente, Oscar D'Leon, Celia Cruz, Gloria Estefan, Carlos Vives, Chick Corea, Vanessa Williams, Jack DeJohnette, David Sanborn, Gary Burton, George Benson, Joe Sample, Nathalie Cole, Diana Krall and others. Also worked in percussion samples for electronic music, with Masters At Work, Louie Vega.
