Dylan Municipal

Formed in Lille, France around 2005, Dylan Municipal is an iconoclastic French-pop musical project led by singer and songwriter Damien Breux. Over the years, the project has evolved from a traditional four-piece band into a modular, highly unpredictable outfit.
Their discography bridges the gaps between lo-fi indie pop, minimal electronics, slowcore, post-punk, and rhythmic spoken word. Known for their high-end absurdist humor, impressionistic poetry, and quirky lyrical themes (ranging from Curling to Killer Meteorites), the project often features raw electronic textures using Game Boys and vintage dictaphones in live setups.
