Trinidadian reggae artist born Ricardo Mills. He began his professional career in 2004 under the name Jah Fyah before adopting the moniker Jah Defender. His musical style is influenced by artists such as Gregory Isaacs, Bob Marley, and Luciano.
He has collaborated with artists including Chuck Fenda and has performed alongside Morgan Heritage and Chezidek. As an independent artist, he has worked with various labels including IsRoyal Records, 7 Seals Records, and Backyard Studios.
