Bio
German singer and guitarist, born January 26, 1947 in Hamburg.
In 1968, he joined the Beat band artist 1110634, which was the precursor for his later bands in the Krautrock era. In 1970, he was co-founder of artist 2442721 and its successor artist 294227.
Due to a devastating financial situation he and his bandmates had to work as studio musicians. Hesslein was also part of the artist 635654 and of the artist 312020 as his 'regular job' to earn money. From the late 1970's until the 2000's, Hesslein was the initiator of numerous reunions of the band.
