Bio

His brother is DJ/Producer Mark Ryder.
Mikey James was a pivotal figure at Suburban Base Records during the mid-90s, operating primarily as their "in-house" engineering wizard at Sub base Studios. While he is well known for his later UK Breaks work, his tenure at Suburban Base placed him at the heart of the Jungle and early Drum & Bass evolution.
