Phil Smee

British graphic designer, collector, journalist, consultant and compiler for the music industry, who has been working for all the major labels for the past 30 years, specialising in reissues and repackaging compilations based on his archives. His design studio is known as label 302603, previously label 267173. In addition he was owner of Bam-Caruso Records from 1983 to 1992 and owner/A&R/producer/designer of Waldo's Records from 1977 to 1982.
