The band of two independent artists: Alexey (composer) and his younger brother Vasiliy (singer in several tracks) from Russia/Electrougli.
Their info is badly known to sources as well as this project or other aliases.
All that band has left after itself were two unnamed compilation tapes with early raw synthwork experiments from 90s.
RIPs has been leaked into web around mid Y2K
