German Dark Wave producer and musician, born August 22, 1960 in Lampertheim, Germany; died July 23, 2015 in Mannheim, Germany.
In 1984, he founded his band artist 147582, first a solo project, later a band. His song Metropolis from 1987 became a club hit in the early 1990's. He never floated in the mainstream and stayed independent and experimental in his music style.
In the 1990's, he founded his label Sulphur Sonic, where he released his music projects and some other projects. Also, it became the base for the Mannheim-based Sulphur Sonic festival in the 2000's. He stayed active until the early 2010's.
