Deep in the jungles west of Byron Bay, a rainbird hatches, beginning its exploration and erudition of how music affects the brain in a collective environment - for instance, a dance floor. 'Rainbird' is a boundless experimental 4x4 project, blending psychedelia with a fresh twist and heaving basslines with playful tendencies, falling somewhere in between bush techno, house, prog-psy and glitch hop. 'Rainbird' is a core member of the Bassic Records family of artists, as a strong representation of the Australian doof style techno, on the forefront of the country's outdoor music progression. 'Rainbird' has also left his mark on respected imprints Zenon Records, Techgnosis Records, Merkaba Music and Smoke Sign's Werk It Music.
