Bio

Adam McDaniel is a record producer, mixer, and engineer based in Asheville, North Carolina. He founded Drop of Sun Studios in 2015 and runs DOSed, a cassette imprint that donates all label proceeds to the arts non-profit Lamplight AVL. His work spans experimental and avant-pop records including Avey Tare's 7s (Domino), Animal Collective, Setting (Thrill Jockey), Geologist, Zoh Amba, and Angel Olsen's Aisles.
