Maurice Wellington aka Blacka Wellington is a reggae singer born august 19th, 1950 in Kingston, former of The Morwells. Ran the label 38348 label and work for Joe Gibbs as sound engineer. He also takes care of his brother's carrer artist 5178959 aka Nicodemus. He passed away in october the 12th, 2000
