Bio

Darius Aleksandar, formerly known as Omar, was a prominent DJ in the early '90s Southern California rave scene. He was closely affiliated with Biohazard Productions, often collaborating with Thee-O and releasing a series of influential mixtapes.

Alongside his brother Jeff and Chris Long, he also co-founded Higher Source, a respected record store in Los Angeles.

After retiring the Omar moniker, Darius has recently returned to the decks under a new alias - Darius Aquarius.
