Bio

Mastering engineer who began his career at Nashville Record Productions, then became assistant Chief Engineer at label 272466 in Glendale, CA beginning in 1976. He became Chief Engineer of JVC Cutting Center in Los Angeles in 1983, after which he became President of Nimbus Information Systems in the late '80s. Along the way he authored two industry essentials, "Mastering CD-ROM Technology" and "Basic Disc Mastering", a primer on lacquer cutting for Lps.

Note: Not to be confused with 'LB' found on records pressed at WEA Records Pressing Plant, West Drayton.
