Bio

Frank Luz is singer from Fortaleza (Ceará, Brazil), one of the most essential states from Brazilian reggae culture. He's also a producer under the alias Arca Negra, which is also his studio's name. There, he has welcomed many legendary reggae singers for dubplate sessions.
