Bishop UPG

Bishop UPG. Musician and producer who has devoted half of his life to exploring different musical genres to re-interpret and deconstruct them from his technological manipulation, experiencing a wide range of creative possibilities applied to different artistic and cultural sectors such as dance, literature, theater , cinema, entertainment music, et cetera. It has been presented in multiple and varied spaces throughout Mexico and in various countries in which his work has been nominated and awarded, at festivals such as The Smoked Mirror 2003 (India), Qwartz Electronic Music Award 2004 (France), Latin American Meeting of Electronic and Industrial Sounds 2005 and Bogotrax 2009 (Colombia), among others. He has also developed different independent cultural projects that have left a social impact and a record in the Mexican electronic music scene, he also actively participates with other sound and multidisciplinary research projects. In addition, he is an independent academic, he develops techniques and methods to teach the application of technology in music creation and audio development for 30 years ago.
