Bio
Swedish musician from Gothenburg.
Since 1993, he has been releasing free music to the demo scene and on the internet. His first physical album Papaya EP was released in 2001, and contains, among other things, a chip version of Kikki Danielsson's hit "Papaya Coconut" from 1986. He has also released a full-length album, Commodore Grooves, on the Swedish chip label Rebel Pet Set, which is owned and operated by Johan Kotlinski. He creates his music with the help of Commodore 64, Amiga 1200, Game Boy Color and PC and is thus usually placed in the category of bitpop or chip music. In recent years, Goto80 has been recognized as one of the best musicians in his genre both in Sweden and internationally, which has led to many gigs mainly in Europe, but also in the USA.
