Run by Achim & Markus Buss (calling themselves The Notorious Buss Brothers).
Their own Webpage gives a nice description:
"RCV was the Notorious Buss Brothers´ first real label. `Real´ means that you could actually buy some of their product - a lot of the releases were pressed in a remarkable amount of copies, but of course the brothers remembered their roots and decided to offer some absolutely limited items."

Seemingly folded in 1993 - at least no release is known since then and the Brothers moved on with other rather obscure or shortlived Label-Projects like Pulsebeat (aka Whitey W. Davis) or The Blues Factory.
