La Plate-Forme

Devoted to research, experimentation and creation, La Plate-Forme considers itself as a laboratory for contemporary art. Desired and occupied by artists of the greater Dunkerque area searching for a creative space, this location is nevertheless open to innovative people from other territories, near and far. La Plate-Forme is a connecting point, favourable to the encounter of different worlds, the crossing over of disciplines and the understanding of different civilisations.Networking and creating partnerships with a diverse range of individuals and organisations, not only from the cultural professions, is a major concern for La Plate-Forme. The exchanges through which feed the thought processes of the artists and other creative people who spend time there, give way to new artistic investigations.
