Established in 1992 by Andy C with the help of close friend artist 1633 and Shimon Alcoby. The label and business later was run by Andy C and business partner artist 523408 (aka artist 1184). Andy C sold the label around 2016 to BMG. He lost all rights to his own music as well as everything released music on RAM, Frequency and Program.
