Info
label 428801 (Media-Line Ltd.) is a Russian company, credited as a manufacturer on many pirate CDs and DVDs. Also has some releases as a label. Claims to be from Tomsk, Russia.
Pretends to be working under license "Лицензия МПТР России ВАФ №77-12 от 02.10.02"
Possibly this is a fictional company with a fake address, invented because the Russian laws in 2000's demand the manufacturer details & contact info to be printed on CD\DVD covers.
