Created in 2006, "2 Feet" was the singer/songwriter division of Sheer Sound, with artists in its stable including artist 2121300, Nibs Van Der Spuy, Chris Letcher, and the SAMA-winning band artist 2493680. In 2011 the label 213924 repertoire was merged into it for wider exposure to global audiences, and in 2014 parent company Sheer Sound was sold to the Gallo Record Company.
