Danish dance music label and management company founded by Michael Guldhammer and Fritz Niko on the 1st of July 2000. Among others the label managed the successful Danish band Safri Duo, but when the band terminated the co-operation in November 2002 due to insecurities about the label's financial situation and dispositions, the label went bankrupt that very same month.
