Dragon’s Eye Recordings is an independent record label that focuses on limited edition and varied format releases from a growing roster of sound artists, composers, and producers. By showcasing the individual artists’ viewpoints, Dragon’s Eye examines the intersection of minimalist electronics and unique textures and drones. Dragon's Eye is a platform for new, challenging, and provocative work. The label's musical investigations are complimented by a clear, reductive approach to its visual presentations. Founded by Paul Novak in 1989, as the audio/visual arm of Only Connect...Publications, the label is now run by his son and Los Angeles-based sound artist Yann Novak.
