In June 2012, another project was born: Carimbo Porta-Jazz.
In line with the Association's objectives—to promote and encourage artistic creation in the jazz field—the Carimbo Porta-Jazz was created to support independent record releases.
With a "do-it-yourself" approach and drawing on the city's existing artistic potential, the Carimbo Porta-Jazz aims, on the one hand, to reflect the new operating rules of an ever-changing global market, and on the other, to focus on a carefully crafted, non-standardized product. Limited in print, Carimbo Porta-Jazz editions stand out for their unique appearance and unified sound.
