Bio

qumcl (also stylized as クムクル) is an alias of Belarusian–Ukrainian experimental electronic musician, designer, and producer Egor Gerasenko (born March 4, 2003 in Pyt-Yakh) known also as Yahor Hierasienka-Dziejkun (Belarusian spelling). hHis music blends weirdcore, lo-fi textures, IDM, ambient, jungle, glitch, noise, and experimental electronics, often incorporating tape hiss, field recordings, and digital decay aesthetics.

In 2024, he co-founded the Xeuqra label together with British artist Xiroach. The label focuses on weirdcore, glitch, IDM, and experimental electronic music. Building on this, in 2026 he launched q-rec, a sub-label under the Xeuqra umbrella, focusing on more specific or experimental artist projects.
